Thanks for your comments about Vodafone. Feedback is important to us, and I&#039;m particularly interested in your comments about social media as I work in the Vodafone Web Relations Team.

We&#039;re a team recently set up to communicate with customer via social media, whether that&#039;s forums, blogs or social networking sites. We&#039;ve already got branded channels on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, and will look to expand this in the future so that we can be everywhere our customers could possibly go to get help.
