Buddhist Thought: Doubt

There is nothing more dreadful than the habit of doubt. Doubt separates people. It is a poison that disintegrates friendships and breaks up pleasant relations. It is a thorn that irritates and hurts; it is a sword that kills.

I actually don’t think this quote needs any explanation.

However, you know how you create doubt, don’t you?

Withholding information.
Not communicating.
Not sharing.
Not being good to others.

Have trust and faith in what you do and what others do for you.
As a manager communicate openly and make listening your chore.

Only in a trusting environment you will create a thriving spirit.

Buddha bless,
